I. Course Description and content From the GGU catalogue: Covers the theory and practice of developing and implementing strategies for gaining competitive advantage in the global business environment. Students will master the theoretical body of knowledge in the field of strategic management and consider a variety of empirical approaches used to research the competitive strategy process.
