At almost the end of World War II, nations tired and weary of war got together in Chicago in order to create an International Civil Aviation Framework. The United States of America had a sophisticated aviation system. There aircrafts were superior as well as the technology they developed during the war.  America sort access to other countries aviation markets.
The United Kingdom’s aviation was damaged by the war and they sought with other friendly States some protection from the dominance United States.
