Copyright and Personal Use

All company products created for our consumers are completely original. The company and its affiliates retain the copyrights for all products created by its consumers for other consumers or affiliates.

Refunds

Once the consumer has gone over the completed commissioned work and has not requested any revisions by the required deadline, all company products become non-refundable and are not protected by stated or implied warranties. After your order is completed and you have accepted it, there are no refunds. In exceptional circumstances, you can get a refund from the company, although this is only provided at the company’s discretion. After you submit payment to a consumer, you must agree and confirm that you have in fact read the finished product, have accepted it, and will make no claims to Diligentwriters.com in regards to it. After 100% of the money has been submitted, further uploads, corrections, or consumer communication is impossible in regards to that order. We at Diligentwriters.com urge all our consumers, therefore, to double-check any commissioned work before submitting the final payment to any given consumer.

When a consumer uploads 100% of an order, 50% of the order’s cost is automatically non-refundable. It is possible to be refunded the remaining 50% but the company is under no obligation to do so. This depends on the findings of our Diligentwriters.com support representatives and relies completely on their discretion.
